The kitchen comprises a U shaped layout of quality base and wall units, granite countertops and a double ceramic Belfast sink. There is a large fridge/freezer, a glass topped gas hob with extractor fan over, built in oven, microwave and dishwasher and a handy fitted countertop compost bin. From the living space a corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. First is a shower room with a large shower cubicle with wall mounted and over-head rose, toilet with bidet shower and a small storage cupboard with fitted washbasin. Next to this are the first 2 double bedrooms, both with cast iron radiator, ceiling fan, laminate flooring and a shuttered window. The master bedroom is a lovely size double with a window to the side aspect and French doors onto the front terrace, ceiling fan and exposed beam and cane ceiling and a cast iron radiator. The first 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms have flat plastered ceilings. The main bathroom features a full size bath with shower, toilet with bidet shower, bidet, a large vanity unit with basin and plumbing for the washing machine. The floor is terracotta with white glazed detail tiles and the walls are tiled to half height and higher in the shower area. Two windows allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation in addition to the extractor fan and there is an electric towel radiator. The owners had landline telephone cables buried underground from the village and internet is available, the house is connected to mains water and electricity and there is a septic tank.
