Great rustic estate with several stone farmhouses

Property summary

Set of farms located in Pallars Jussà, on the north face of the Montsec in front of the Congost de Montrebei. We find several buildings that consist of ground floor, floor and haystack which are built on stone from the country grouting with mud ans straw.

The three large farmhouses that make up these 64ha. Are registered and detailed in the Municipal Farmhouse Catalog. They are located in classified land as 13th, which allows processing licenses for various services activities. (Ex.: rural tourism, camping area...) as well as Special Urban Plan for the implementation of ecological tourism services.

Although the age of these buildings is unknown, we have dated reconstructions dating from the eighteenth century. We can find other buildings from the ninth to the seventeenth century (medieval towers and castles) arround the estate.

The land is exceptional for the cultivation of grapes and also for beekeeping.

The farm is located in a space called 'Starlight Reserve' a sky approved by Unesco for observation and within a 'Geopark', an area of international geological interest approved too by Unesco.
