Views from the private area are spectacular. The buildings are constructed in harmony with the local Alpujarran style and are all single storey.  There is a gardener who has looked after the property for over twenty years, three cooks and an established team of cleaners who look after change-overs, all of whom could be hired by the new owners. &Nbsp Centre Accommodation 10 en-suite double rooms 11 en-suite single rooms 2   double bedrooms for use by on-site staff and one staff room for breaks. 5 massage rooms 3 meeting rooms: large, medium and a circular building for yoga, meditation, arts etc. Communal lounge with open fireplace Commercial kitchen with larder. There is a swimming pool besides which there is an area for tea and coffee making and a refrigerator for cold drinks. &Nbsp Private Area (cannot be seen from the Centre) 2 en suite bedrooms Lounge and kitchen with picture windows onto garden Walled garden with swimming pool   Facilitators Area (also separate from the Centre) 2 en-suite double bedrooms The facilitators are could be incorporated into the private area if additional accommodation was necessary for the owners. It would be possible to allocate some of the Centre rooms to facilitators, perhaps even by reducing the number of single rooms to create bedrooms with a shared lounge. &Nbsp There are two solar installations for hot water and heating which run in conjunction with two boilers, one propane, the other diesel. The newer half of the Centre enjoys underfloor heating, the older half is heated via radiators. The property is sold as is, with all equipment necessary to run the facility. As well as the owners themselves running retreats, it is also possible to rent the entire centre on a weekly basis for facilitators to bring their own clientele for e.g. Detox, meditation, team building etc. Mains electricity and water are connected and the property benefits from rights to acequia water from one of the strongest flowing acequias in the Alpujarras. There is a substantial water deposit which is refilled once each week. The property has septic tanks adequate for the maximum capacity of occupants.
