Note: I inform you that I am the representative of the owners, who live outside Madrid. If you want to visit the house, as a security measure you must send a photo of the visitor's Passport to give you an appointment, and then we will send you the plans, the exact location and the certificate of the Land Registry. The mansion is not shown by the owners, but by an assistant, and there are recording cameras. If in the end you decide to buy it, a deposit contract is made with payment by bank transfer in Euros via Bank of Spain, and 3 months later the sale of the house is signed before a Notary. We do not accept payment with cryptocurrencies or black money, we do not pay commissions, and you cannot meet with the owners before signing. We notify the police in case of scams or rip-deal. The owners are very serious people and only deal with serious people.
