Grand Superior Suites & Grand Premier Suites are specially designed for owners who value having no stairs inside their flat. In addition, they have an unparalleled luxury feature: In each of these suites, owners can enjoy a 15m swimming pool and swimming lengths of appropriate size.

There will be 4 Grand Superior Suites and 4 Grand Premier Suites. The only difference is the location within Aqua Sky: the 4 Grand Premier Suites are situated above the Grand Superior Suites.

The spacious suites consist of a large open plan living and dining area with a modern luxury open plan kitchen, two fantastic master suites with dressing room and spacious en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom, a laundry room and a guest toilet.

Floor to ceiling sliding windows give access from the living room and all bedrooms to the huge terrace and the heated infinity pool. The pool occupies the entire width of the terrace. The terrace is divided into a relaxation area, an outdoor dining area and small garden areas with palm trees. This division is also reflected in the materials used, as high-quality mulberry wood has been laid in front of the living area instead of tiles.
