It has always been a family property, with each of the seven children having their own little casita (house), although obtaining a licence should not be any problem. The access is good and the location is ideal for tourism as the property is just 30 km from Sevilla and just 4 or 5 km from the nearest town. Furthermore, the estate features a reservoir with a capacity exceeding 2.5 million litres, used for irrigating the fruit orchard and the entire garden area. &Nbsp Mains electricity is provided by the national grid (Endesa) through a dedicated 25 kva transformer. &Nbsp The estate is only  half an hour from Seville, a 35 minute drive from the airport and eighty minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Huelva. Additionally, there is a fantastic golf course just ten minutes away.
