Villarín, Linares, Salas, Asturias. A property with history and the authentic character of Asturian rural architecture. In the small hamlet of Villarín, in the parish of Linares, Salas council, lies this singular rural property, formed by a spacious traditional house and several auxiliary buildings, surrounded by the green and mountainous landscape typical of inland Asturias. The house measures 262 m2, distributed over two floors of approximately 121 m2 each, offering substantial built volume and multiple possibilities for distribution and rehabilitation. The property also includes 458 m2 of land, within which several traditional structures form part of the ensemble: Panera, Pajar, Taller, Cuadra, own land, traditional stone walls, original construction elements, roof of the house repaired. A property, not just a house. One of the main attractions of this estate is precisely the set of buildings it preserves. The main dwelling, together with the panera, pajar, cuadra and taller, helps to understand how traditional Asturian cottaged life was organized, where the living space and the different agricultural and livestock outbuildings formed a single unit. The panera also contributes one of the most recognizable elements of traditional Asturian architecture, while the old outbuildings offer enormous potential for those who wish to restore the whole while respecting its original character. 262 m2 to create your own project. The approximately 262 m2 of the house allow for different rehabilitation and distribution options. The main roof is already repaired, which provides an especially interesting starting point to undertake the rest of the project. This is not a conventional dwelling or a modern construction: it is a property for someone who values stone, wood, traditional architecture, space and history.
